bizmtaani.com is operated by LESNAR AI LTD, a company in Kenya. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you may accept them for that business.

BizMtaani is a place where local businesses sell. When you place an order, the contract of sale is between you and that business. We are not the seller, we do not own the goods, and we do not prepare, stock or deliver them.

What we are responsible for is the software: taking your order accurately, showing it to the business, and passing your payment to them correctly. Where we get that wrong, it is ours to fix.

Each business sets and edits its own prices, its own menu, its own hours and its own delivery area. We do not change them. A price shown at the moment you order is the price that business is offering; if an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, the business will tell you and refund that item.

Payment goes to the business's own account. We do not hold your money at any point, and we do not hold funds on behalf of a business. Where a payment is made by card or mobile money, it is processed by Paystack under their terms.

We take a percentage of orders placed through the platform, charged to the business rather than added to your bill. What that percentage is appears on the pricing page.

A delivery is carried either by the business or by a rider working through the platform. Times shown are the business's own estimates, not guarantees. For a delivery, the customer gives the rider a four-digit code at handover; an order is recorded as delivered when that code is given, so both sides have a record that somebody actually received it.

A business may refuse or cancel an order it cannot fulfil, and must refund anything already paid for it. Ask the business you bought from first. Their number is on their page. If they do not answer, contact us on the number in clause 11 and we will help you reach them and show you what our records say happened.

We cannot refund on a business's behalf, because the money did not come to us.

Keep your password to yourself. An order tracking link is a key: anyone holding it can see that order, so treat it as private. Do not share your delivery code with anybody before the rider is at your door.

A business or rider applying to join must give accurate details and hold whatever licences their trade requires. We may refuse or end access where details are false, where the law requires it, or where a business is treating customers in a way we are not willing to carry. We will say why.

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform, place orders you do not intend to pay for, or use somebody else's details. Security research is welcome. Tell us on the number below before testing anything.

We are liable for our own failures in providing the software, and nothing here removes a liability that cannot lawfully be removed, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

We are not liable for the quality, safety or legality of what a business sells, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. It runs on one server; if it goes down, orders stop until it returns. We would rather say that here than imply an availability we have not measured.

We may change these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed, and a material change will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by the law of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
