What a branch is here
Stretch most software from one shop to several and a branch turns out to be a label on a shared pile of data. Not here.
- A branch is a shop, not a filter
- Its own stock, its own prices, its own orders. Change a price at one branch and the others do not move.
- Staff see their own branch
- A counter sees its own orders. Not another branch's takings, customers or day book, and what each person may do is set per person.
- Each branch takes its own money
- Every outlet keeps its own till. An online payment is split by the provider as it is paid, so it never passes through BizMtaani.
- Customers see one business
- One listing, one name, the towns you trade in. Ten outlets do not become ten listings competing with each other.
- A closed branch still exists
- A shut outlet is listed as closed, not hidden. A customer is told it is closed rather than concluding you have none.
