A business here keeps its own page, its own prices and its own M-Pesa. We carry the order and take a share of it.
The problem
A shop in Runyenjes takes orders on WhatsApp. The prices live in somebody's head, the orders live in a chat thread, and the money arrives as a screenshot that has to be checked against a message. It works until two people order at once.
What we built
A page for the business, a counter screen for whoever is serving, and a workspace for whoever is riding. An order placed on a phone appears on the counter screen. Payment goes to the business's own M-Pesa, not ours. A rider carries it, and the customer gives four digits at the door to close it.
A business sets its own prices, its own hours, its own delivery area and its own menu. Nobody here edits them.
What we do not do
- We do not hold your takings. Money settles to the business's own account.
- We do not set prices, run promotions, or rank one business above another for money.
- We do not sell anything ourselves, and we do not compete with the businesses here.
Who we are
BizMtaani is built and run by LESNAR AI LTD in Kenya, founded by Lesnar Gitonga. It is young: the first businesses are trading now, and the person who answers the phone is the person who built it.
